Just An Update.

Where I'm @: The local library, conviently located next to my sibs' elementary school

What I'm Doing:  Listening to "She's A Lady" by FTSK and typing a blog post

Ok.  So what did I do this morning? Surf the YouTube. 

Later?  Went for a jog.  Came back utterly exhausted and pooped, got a soda :)

Afterwards: Took a shower, tried a new hairstyle.  Hated it. Went back to my current fave... tutorial coming later...

Next: Unpacked some delivered boxes.  Saw a COCKROACH the size of the big toe.

What did I do?  Um.... WHAT DO YOU THINK???? Screamed.

What now?  Screamed some more.  Wen upstairs to find my mother.  Wasn't there.  Screamed her name.  Went outside in the front and back yard.  Didn't see her.  Screamed some more and then went upstairs to the only actual phone in the house and called Mom on her cell.  The she came in and squished it.

Later:  Refused to go downstairs.  Had a hunch there was a family of toe-sized cockroaches living under our living-room chair set.

Quite awhile later(and yes I finally went downstairs...)

Drove to my sibs' elementary school. (My bros' in 1st, sis in 5th...I got out a week earlier than them...yay!!!)

Next:  Went to my brother's calls picnic... had to take out the same gum I'd been chewing since 8 in the morning so I stuck it behind my ear.   I saw that in a movie somewhere...(Helpful Hint:  This seemed to draw a crowd of 6 year olds to where I was eating and they were pointing at me and going, LOOK SHE HAS GUM IN HER EAR.  I became frustrated and wanted to say, no, its BEHIND my ear.  But little kids aren't very good at listening.)

Later:  Picnic was over, went to my sis' picnic.  We were shunned by her classmates, and everyone was asking me if I was her twin sister.  Um, no you idiots!!! I DON'T EVEN LOOK LIKE HER.  I told my mom this.  She said that it was because I was the only black girl they saw so they assumed I was her sister.  Which was unfortunately true.  We went inside where there was alledgedly ice cream.

Inside now.

We had to sit through a whole pep rally for that ice cream.  Just saying:  middle school show choirs arent very showy.

MUCH later:  Got in line for ice cream, finally.  Stood with my sister's friends.  One guy kept hovering near us.  Later found out he had a crush on me.  Ummmm... well some of those 5s were crush-worthy...if they were going into SEVENTH grade I might consider them.... but no, there just starting middle.  Found out one of the good-lookers has a middle school bro.... hmmm...

And now I'm @ the library.  Soooo....  thar goes today's real blog post!!

Hey guys! Wow, the last time I posted was like in FEBRUARY!!! Well that is going to change.  Watch and see.  Ok, so the previous name was The Secret Life of the American Middle Schooler but I changed it because it sounds too much like the TV show, and I'm NOT up for people asking me, OH ARE YOU PREGS.  Um, no.

And I thought up the new name when I was watching that TV show 6teen and the girl Caitlin was working @ this smoothie stand called The Lemon Squeeze aka The Squeeze.  I was like, oh, that sounds cool.  Then I mixed it up and added THREE UPPERCASE Es so now it's 

THE SQUEEEZE!!

Psyched 4 Sonny

So, who's psyched for Sonny With A Chance? I know I am! I have been on the site and everything, and I have to say that I am amped for this show.  I thought it was supposed to be Welcome To Mollywood, but whatever.  I guess the plotline changed.  It seems kinda All-That-y to me, but IDC, because Demi, as we at my school's name here like to say, is my homegirl.  It seems really funny, and did anyone notice that the MacKenzie Falls boy, Chad Dylan Cooper, was on that Hannah Montana episode, where Lilly's BF was cheating on her and made out with another girl?  His name was Lucas.  I give him an 8.5 on the Boy-O-Meter.  I am psyched for this!!!

Fashion of the Future

These are rompers- the Fashion of the Future.  I mean really.  Would you wear these?  I saw a romper in a Seventeen magazine fashion spread(BTW, I only read the Health, Beauty and Fashion parts of Seventeen. The rest is WAY not for middle schoolers.)  The ones with the dresses are pretty cute, but is this what American Fashion has come to?  I like the one on the top the best.  Also, the new trend is to wear lace and boots with knee high socks so the tops of the socks show over your boots.  We were doing this anyway, but just now it came into style...?

Mitchel Musso- The In Crowd

Ok, we've all heard this song.  And quite frankly, I love it.  Ok, so there are some of you who well, really hate this guy.  And can we be truthful here? The song is great, but it doesn't really, well suit Mitchel's voice.  I'm not gonna bash him up because he is my favorite actor... I mean, come on, he's hilarious!... but I will just say that he is a WAY better singer than rapper.  Take it from someone who knows.  Mitchel, rapping and singing just don't mix.  It was interesting though.

Have you noticed that every single disney actor/actress is becoming a singer?  Look at people who would have NEVER been a singer had they not known Disney-

Paramore and the Jonas Brothers

What is the deal with people and the Jonas Brothers?  I mean, they are both really good bands!!!!!  The Paramore people are always like, "The Jonas Sisters SUCK!!!" (You know who you are.)  The Jonas Brothers people are totally mellow about it, but the Paramore people just won't accept the fact that the Jonas Brothers are actually cool people.  Paramore is actually fans of the Jonases, and vice versa.  So will you fans get over it!!!!!!!

Lang Lang Shoes

Well, there is this really awesome Chinese pianist named Lang Lang.  And before you go off on me, let me state that he is only 26, and is not weird and dead at ALL.  He is actually pretty cool.  He was on the People Sexiest Men Alive list once.  I didn't make that up.  You can ask my friend.

Lang Lang is cool, I think, because of his shoes.  He wears these awesome sneakers,  and now I find that they are on sale!  In stores!  They are really cool and black with gold accents, and he wears them, like all the time.  They are made by Adidas.  I have a picture on the sidebar.

MY FIRST POST!!!! LOL... itz about a book

I just finished reading this book.  It is really good, if you're into the whole sci-fi thing.  It's about this girl named Kira who goes to a sleepover at her BFF Lynne's house and gets hypnotized.  She says this really random thing that is actually a memory, and then they find out that she is from this place called Crythe, which is this country that is inside of California.  I thought that was just a bit weird.  I know it sounds confusing, but, you know, you really should read it.  I love Haddix's books, except for the Shadow Children series.  I refuse to read those, because my sister did, and she told me what happens.  (I cried, BTW.)  So if you've read those, and those fairytales by her, this is like a mix of both of them.  Also, there is this totally urgly (yeah, I said urgly) hardback cover with a picture of a girl who looks like she is made out of wax.  So...yeah.
